Melissa has been in the skin care industry for nearly 15 years. Having suffered from acne she wanted to truly understand the philosophy of skin. Before becoming a licensed Esthetician, she started as a receptionist in a skin spa in NYC and moved on to management throughout the years . That’s where she truly fell in love with skin. She couldn’t understand how much client education was lacking inside her treatments, so she decided to research and help herself . That is why , once you enter Melissa’s treatment room, you will leave knowing more about your skin then going in. “ That is one thing I always try to make sure and do . I educate my clients . Without educating them on how the skin works , products and so fourth , are you really even helping them ?” Says Melissa. Fast forward to now and she is a successful business owner, educator , and Medical Esthetician. MSB charges a 50% cancellation fee for same day cancellations and 100% of the service fee for no shows .
